The Standard Plan is best suited for startups and SMEs requiring up to 10 users and 1 admin user. This plan comes with a fully configured vExecution People+ HCM solution, offering most of its core features. The only restrictions involve the number of transactions you can perform within the application. Below are the plan’s highlights and detailed feature limits.

The Standard Plan offers core functionality of vExecution People+ at no cost. Perfect for smaller teams or those exploring our platform, this plan provides comprehensive HR capabilities within defined usage limits.

  • 1 Admin User
  • 10 Employee Users
  • No Additional Users (Upgrade to a Premium Plan for expanded usage)


Included Features

All major modules are enabled (except for third-party integrations such as SF, OKTA, etc.). A single-level approval workflow is available. Net Promoter Score (NPS) for both users and employees is also included.

  • Job Requisitions: 3 per month (36 per year)
  • Candidates: 30 per month (360 per year)
  • Approval Workflow: Single-level


2. Performance

  • Goals: Up to 10 goals per annum


3. Time Management

  • Employee Records: Up to 50
  • Timesheet Uploads: Thrice per month
  • Approval Workflow: None (no approval layer for timesheets)


4. Claims

  • Claims per User: 5 per month
  • Total Claims (Organization-Wide): 50 per month
  • Categories: Three general claims categories with predefined single-level approval


5. Payroll

  • Employee Records: Up to 50
  • Payroll Runs: Twice per month
  • Pay Structures: 5 allowed

The Premium Plan is designed for organizations ready to go beyond the usage constraints of the Standard Plan. While it still provides all core features of vExecution People+ HCM, it also introduces expanded transaction limits, integrations with leading third-party systems, and 3-level approval workflows. Importantly, it is not a blank configuration; it comes pre-loaded with HR best practices—courtesy of PeuplePlus—that suggest policies, processes, and frameworks to help your HR team hit the ground running.


Upgrade Path

You can easily upgrade from the Standard Plan within the system. Once upgraded, you’ll have immediate access to higher transaction limits, additional integrations, and more flexible workflows. You can also purchase extra credits(for example, extra goals or candidate capacity) as your organization grows.

  • Attachments: 1 attachment per candidate, max 1 MB
  • Candidates: Up to 3,000 per month (36,000 per year)
  • Website Integration: Automatic job postings with guided steps for your careers page
  • Enterprise Integrations: Okta, AD, Dynamics, SAP ECC/S/4, Salesforce (Phase 1), QuickBooks & banks (Phase 2)


Performance Management

  • Goals: Up to 100 goals per annum

  • Timesheet Uploads: Thrice per month
  • Non-User Employee Records: Manage up to 500 additional records beyond the active user count (ideal for contractors or seasonal staff)
  • Approval Workflow: Up to 3 levels of approval for timesheets


Claims

  • Claims: 50 claims per user per month
  • Categories & Types: 4 overarching claim categories with up to 30 distinct claim types
